The weather in Gregory Town has been no less than gorgeous today, this is a wonderful time to be here. This picture was taken in March, but I could probably get an identical one today. We have many beautiful properties coming on the market in the next month or two, and now is a
great time to begin looking before the rush of the tourist season in November. If you are a diver or you enjoy fishing, the water is very co-operative at this time of year, and there are rental homes available at reasonable rates in an effort to make through the end of the off-season.

It seems as if one or two of the 'major' projects that are taking shape on the island are preparing to place themselves in a position to begin infrastructure and vertical development in the coming months. Now is a great time to buy real estate too, as we are starting to see the prices come 'down to earth' so to speak.
